About the role

You’ll create content for AI Insider and our clients — short videos, reels, posts, voice-agent scripts, landing visuals. Working with our designer and CEO, with full access to our AI stack (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Veo, Suno, HeyGen, GPT-5, Claude).

Responsibilities

  • Generate ideas and scripts for short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Edit/generate videos in Runway, Veo, HeyGen, CapCut
  • Create visuals and banners in Midjourney, Nano Banana, Figma
  • Write posts for IG, LinkedIn, X, Telegram (UA + EN)
  • Set up templates and workflows in Content Factory
  • Analyze engagement and test hypotheses on format

Who we’re looking for

  • 1+ year of content experience (SMM, blog, video, creative)
  • Confident with AI tools: MJ, Runway, ElevenLabs, GPT, Claude
  • Design taste, sense of rhythm and video flow
  • Native Ukrainian, English — B2+
  • Portfolio (TikTok/Reels/creatives)

Nice to have

  • +Figma or Adobe Suite experience
  • +Familiar with n8n or Zapier

n8n Developer (AI Automation)

Build n8n workflow automations for clients: CRM, messengers, AI agents, voice. Code when needed — low-code when possible.

About the role

You’ll be the core of our automation team: designing and deploying complex n8n workflows — with AI nodes, webhooks, queueing, CRM integrations, and error handling. Working on real production systems serving thousands of leads per month.

Responsibilities

  • Build complex n8n workflows (self-hosted + cloud)
  • Integrate OpenAI / Anthropic / ElevenLabs / Twilio into automations
  • Connect CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, custom)
  • Write custom nodes in JS/TypeScript when needed
  • Set up monitoring, retries, and error alerts
  • Document workflows and hand off to clients

Who we’re looking for

  • 1+ year with n8n (or advanced Zapier/Make)
  • Confident JavaScript/TypeScript (async, fetch, JSON)
  • Solid REST API, webhooks, OAuth, auth tokens
  • Experience with OpenAI API / any LLM provider
  • Able to debug production issues
  • English B2+ (read docs, write to clients)

Nice to have

  • +Experience with Supabase / PostgreSQL / Redis
  • +Docker + self-hosted n8n
  • +Familiar with LangChain / LlamaIndex / vector DBs
  • +Voice agents understanding (Retell, Vapi, Bland)
